Suresh K. Sharma is currently Professor-cum-Principal, College of Nursing, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India. A gold medalist in university education, he has received his doctorate in administration from Punjab University, Chandigarh. He is registered as an RN with the Board of Registered Nursing, California, USA, and has received the coveted Florence Nightingale Award – 2001. Dr Sharma is a prolific writer and has published six textbooks in nursing besides a number of papers published in international and national journals of repute.
