About the Author
Dr. K. Rajeshwari, an Associate Professor of Marketing at XLRI India and IIM Ahmedabad post-graduate, brings fifteen years of industry sales and marketing experience (culminating as Vice President – Marketing and Branding) to her academic career, begun in 2010 after completing her PhD from IIT Madras. She is a visiting faculty member at various leading B-Schools and IIMs nationwide, a columnist for The Hindu Business Line, and publishes in international journals. Her work includes the book *My Life My Choice* (Macmillan) and an academic film screened at an international film festival. A recipient of multiple awards including two ‘Women Achiever’ awards (2011, 2012) and the Distinguished Woman in Management Award (2017), she serves on student selection panels at various IIMs and is a frequent speaker at B-Schools. She lives in Chennai with her son.
