About the Author

His Board of Directors and Effective Management was given the Academy of Management Book Award in 1968. Heinz Weihrich, Ph.D is Professor Emeritus of Global Management and Behavioral Science with the University of San Francisco (USF). He received his doctorate from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and an honorable doctorate from San Martin University in Peru. He was a visiting scholar at the University of California in Berkeley, the Harvard Business School, and the KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology) Business School in Seoul. His fields of work are management, international management, and behavioral science. Mark V.
