Buy Emotional Intelligence, Daniel Goleman Second hand books, Authored by daniel goleman, Bloomsbury Publishing India Private Limited from Used Book Store.
Daniel Goleman argues that emotional intelligence (EI) is more crucial than IQ for success. Individuals with strong emotional well-being exhibit better leadership, mental health, and job performance. Goleman contends EI is twice as important as skills and IQ in job success and proposes integrating EI development into school curricula to foster stable employees and leaders. However, this theory has faced criticism, with some arguing EI is not a form of intelligence but a collection of behavioral traits.
