About the Author
Ranjini Manian, Founder and CEO of Global Adjustments, is an inter-cultural coach to heads of multinational corporations and the Editor of Culturama, India’s only culture magazine for expatriates. She founded the India Immersion Center and is the owner of the global Indian brand. She has lived in India, Japan and France. Educated in Mumbai University and Sorbonne Paris, she served on the Women’s Leadership Board at Harvard. Joanne Grady Huskey, and North American Representative, is a cross cultural trainer and international educator and has worked with many international companies in China, India, Kenya and Taiwan to assist their employees in transitioning to international living. Educated in Harvard and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she is the vice-president of iLIVE2LEAD: Young Women’s International Leadership Program. Part of a Foreign Service family, she has lived and worked in eight nations in Central America, Europe, Asia and Africa.
