Buy Conflicts: A Better Way To Resolve Them Second hand books, Authored by Edward de Bono, Vermilion in paperback binding in self-help genre from Used Book Store.
Think, don’t fight. In today’s world, we use an outdated system of thinking to orient ourselves in modern society, especially when it comes to conflicts and disagreements. Conflict argues that instead of our age-old debate system, we should opt for what De Bono calls a “design idiom” and use lateral thinking to navigate a feud. If two sides think their argument is the best, we should introduce a third-party role. De Bono explains how this concept of triangular thinking and mapping is the way forward. By showing how the current system is holding us back and offering practical alternatives, De Bono is paving the way for a sea change in conflict resolution.
